Yoruba music is perhaps the most prominent West African Music tradition, and it is best known for its incredibly advanced drumming patterns, mixing different beats. This technique is known as Polyrhythm. In this track, we’ve used original Yoruba rhythmic patterns and traditional Yoruba instruments, for example, the agogo, the Bata drums, or the dundun, an essential element of all Yoruba drumming music.
